Driven by her passion to positively impact people and organizations, Lauren Larrick draws from her experience working in human resources to enhance her employment litigation practice. She is knowledgeable of a variety of employment and labor matters, including discrimination and retaliation claims, non-competes, and wage and hour laws. She also has experience with personal injury, premises liability and governmental entity defense. Having a thorough understanding of industry-related processes, Lauren works closely with clients to provide a transparent interpretation of their matters.


  • Investigated, analyzed, and prepared responses for submission to the Occupational Health and Safety Administration on behalf of rail carriers regarding whistleblower retaliation complaints filed by employees under the Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA).
  • Experienced in all ranges of litigation, including research, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing mediation statements on behalf of public and private employers in a wide variety of industries.
  • Trained employees, drafted company policies, administered in-house benefits, and performed other human resources duties for area employers.
