Partners Raam Jani and Jordan Bethea led a team that included Partners Adam Nazette, Michael Parente, Jeffrey Slavin and Matthew Wochok and Associates Jacob Steffey, Richard Reis, Paul Stammen and Tyler Zimpfer as they provided legal counsel to Los Angeles-based Altaline Capital Management in the launch of elevator services platform Ascend Safety Collective in partnership with private equity firm Haven Capital Partners.
Ascend is a network of local elevator services businesses that provide mission-critical safety and compliance solutions for commercial, government and industrial markets. It plans to build a scaled network of independently run companies that provide next-generation systems, processes and resources to drive growth and reliable high-quality service.
