Overview

Larry Lindberg concentrates his practice on real estate law, with special emphasis in all matters pertaining to real estate development, leasing, construction and financing. He has several subpractices that include construction law (construction contract matters, architects' agreements and mechanics' liens), real property taxation and exemption, and the environmental aspects of real estate development, as well as the particular real estate aspects of radio and television broadcast operations.

Larry has spoken extensively on construction law and leasing.
