<li>Working on cases in active discovery and document review to prepare evidence supporting the SIPA Trustee&#8217;s claims against defendants, and is also working to respond to document requests from defendants.</li>
<li>Assisted lead attorneys with document review for an ESI response to a grand jury subpoena. The federal government believed the company was shipping products without including proper hazmat markings/labeling in order to avoid paying additional shipping charges. Document review centered around searching for documents to support this allegation.</li>
<li>Assisted lead attorneys with document review during investigation of a battery company to uncover potential company fraud.</li>
