Overview

Lori Herf is a senior government affairs advisor with more than 25 years of experience working with state government entities. She customizes policy and lobbying strategies that reflect a thorough understanding of the complexity of the Ohio General Assembly and state agencies. She counsels clients who seek to resolve or avert state policy related concerns through legislative or administrative activity in matters before the Ohio General Assembly, the governor and state agencies. These matters include tax and budget issues, ethics, healthcare, workers' compensation, financial services, economic development projects, shale, utilities, employment and environmental law. She has been instrumental in introducing and passing legislation on municipal and trustee investment, title recognition of therapists and worked on numerous health care provider scope of practice issues.

Lori is a former staff member in the Ohio House of Representatives and the Ohio Senate and is a member of the Ohio Lobbying Association. She was named to the list of Outstanding Young Women of America and received a Congressional Award from the Congress of the United States for Outstanding Voluntary Public Service. In addition, she was named in the Millennium Edition of Outstanding Women of America.
