Overview

After successive judicial clerkships and more than fifteen years as a trial attorney in federal and state courts, Lydia Auzoux draws on her considerable litigation experience to assist with and oversee discovery efforts for a diverse array of clients.   • Manage workflow, perform quality control review and pre-production checks, and oversee rolling productions for a major university in a high-profile, sensitive litigation matter.
  • Assist colleagues on large-scale discovery initiatives on behalf of a major pharmaceutical company.
  • Managed first-level review team, developed and implemented appropriate quality control review and pre-production checks, and oversaw two major productions within two weeks pursuant to a Rule 2004 subpoena in a bankruptcy matter.
  • Assistant Project Manager for a major e-discovery vendor.
  • Chief in-house litigator for a major university, responsible for litigating own case load as well as overseeing outside counsel.
  • Senior Counsel for a well-established law firm, responsible for litigating commercial, real estate, contract, medical malpractice, probate and appellate matters.
