Maria Boelen's growing general litigation practice encompasses a wide variety of industries and matters, including the handling of class action and employment disputes. Through her experience in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate and bankruptcy, she has represented clients in matters relating to employment law, breach of contract, land use and zoning, municipal code and ordinance enforcement, torts, and other business litigation before federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums. With her broad experience, Maria is able to advise her clients by applying a comprehensive and well-rounded perspective to their respective issues.
