Overview

Michelle Grimm brings a comprehensive approach to her immigration law practice. Drawing from several years of experience as an immigration paralegal, she is able to assist on and handle cases involving complex family and employment based immigration matters, as well as removal defense and asylum. She is familiar with the processes and nuances of obtaining short-term work visas and lawful permanent residence (green cards) for clients' employees. She also has experience preparing and filing family and employment based immigrant and/or nonimmigrant visa applications, ensuring that compliance regulations are met. Combining her passion for immigration law and experience living abroad, Michelle strives to enable companies to hire and retain talented foreign professionals.
