Michelle Gomez concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and class action defense in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations. She has successfully represented clients in bench and jury trials, and has successfully defended both large and small businesses and individuals in product liability, consumer protection, data breach, construction defect, warranty&nbsp;and insurance disputes. No matter the size, Michelle works diligently to analyze potential outcomes at the outset of any case and she works closely with clients to develop detailed litigation strategies based on individual case needs.
