Michelle Gomez concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and class action defense in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations. She has successfully represented clients in bench and jury trials, and has successfully defended both large and small businesses and individuals in product liability, consumer protection, data breach, construction defect, warranty and insurance disputes.
