Michelle Gomez concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and class action defense in both state and federal courts. Michelle has successfully defended both large and small businesses, and individuals, in product liability, consumer contract, data breach, construction defect, and insurance coverage disputes, and she has advised highly regulated industry clients on updates in case law, regulatory changes, and statutory compliance. No matter the size, Michelle works diligently to analyze potential outcomes at the outset of any case, and works closely with clients to develop detailed litigation strategies based on individual case needs.

  • Assisted with researching and advising non-profit organizations regarding the rights and remedies of smuggled and trafficked persons under federal law.
