Overview

Nick Rose is a civil litigator in New York state and federal courts. He represents clients in bet-the-company litigation involving trade secrets and confidential information and advises companies and senior management in connection restrictive noncompete agreements.

Nick also advises domestic and international companies across multiple industries in areas of complex commercial litigation, international civil litigation, money laundering and civil asset forfeiture defense, antitrust and competition matters and requests for judicial assistance in obtaining discovery for use abroad under 28 U.S.C. § 1782. Nick brings a creative, problem-solving approach to advising clients and representing their interests.
