<li>Defended an oil and gas client in personal injury matter. Drafted dispositive motions and otherwise assisted in preparing the case for trial. The case resulted in a favorable settlement on the eve of trial.</li>
<li>Defended vessel owner in Jones Act negligence action. Drafted dispositive motions and otherwise assisted in preparing the case for trial.</li>
<li>Represented individual shareholder seeking preliminary injunction through expedited discovery in Delaware Chancery Court.</li>
<li>Represented trucking company in suit against component parts manufacturer involving breach of contract and fraud claims. Oversaw extensive document collection and review, including review of foreign language documents. Drafted dispositive and non-dispositive motions, and helped navigate the case toward a favorable settlement on the eve of trial.</li>
<li>Represented national solid waste services company against competitor in suit involving tortious interference with customer contracts and related claims. Drafted various non-dispositive motions, including providing research and analysis for motion for temporary injunction.</li>
<li>Defended client in arbitration brought by former attorney in suit involving excessive fees. Oversaw discovery, including document collection and production, and assisted in preparing the case for mediation.</li>
