<li>Represented an oil and gas client in two-week jury trial involving claims for negligence and subsurface trespass. Trial team secured a multimillion-dollar verdict in favor of client.</li>
<li>Defended an oil and gas client in personal injury matter. Drafted dispositive motions and otherwise assisted in preparing the case for trial. The case resulted in a favorable settlement on the eve of trial.</li>
<li>Defended vessel owner in Jones Act negligence action. Drafted dispositive motions and expert challenges and prepared the case for trial.</li>
<li>Defended home builder in alleged construction defect dispute. Successfully argued motion to compel arbitration, which resulted in a stay of the matter and avoided costly litigation.</li>
<li>Represented energy client in settling dispute with a contractual counter-party that allowed the client to escape unfavorable contract terms without extensive litigation.</li>
<li>Represented individual shareholder seeking preliminary injunction through expedited discovery in Delaware Chancery Court.</li>
