Patrick Luthen provides strategic counsel to private equity firms and private and public companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate and securities matters. Drawing on his professional background in business and finance, he has a clear understanding of clients' financial goals and obligations and the SEC compliance measures required when executing a corporate transaction.

Additionally, Patrick's work with clients in a wide variety of industries, including oil and gas, real estate, food and beverage, and commercial and consumer products and services, enables him to advise on a broad range of corporate transactions and legal matters.
