Counsel Mary Kate Brennan will serve as the co-chair for a New York City Bar CLE webinar titled “Intellectual Property Licensing 101,” Oct. 6, 2026. The session will provide a practical walkthrough of three different types of licensing agreements:
- Software license
- Influencer deal
- Content license (music synch, lyrics, visual arts license)
Brennan is also the co-chair of the NYCBA’s IP Council.
