Overview

Bisi Adeyemo focuses her practice on cybersecurity and privacy law, assisting clients with issues such as cyber and data risk management and governance. She regularly counsels clients on compliance with federal, state and international data privacy and security laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Bisi also has experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance transactions, strategic investments and general corporate matters.
