Overview

Bisi Adeyemo focuses her practice on assisting global clients in the areas of technology and data privacy. She regularly counsels clients on compliance with federal, state and international data privacy and security laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). With a foundation in general corporate matters, she also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions.
