<li>Represents publicly traded national home builders in the acquisition and development of undeveloped land and platted lots throughout the Southeastern United States. Certain transactions have included joint development agreements and land banking structures. Numerous individual transactions have values exceeding $20 million and certain significant individual purchase transactions have values of more than $100 million. Annual cumulative transaction values have routinely exceeded $200 million.</li>
<li>Represented an industrial developer in the acquisition and development of multiple industrial warehouse projects in Pennsylvania, each exceeding 500,000 rentable square feet.</li>
<li>Negotiates ground leases, air space leases and signage agreements for a large multicampus health system with respect to medical office buildings located both on and off hospital campuses, including significant experience working with publicly traded, national REITs and other third-party medical office developers.</li>
<li>Assists a growing multicampus health system and other healthcare clients in the strategic acquisition of land for skilled nursing facilities, medical offices, hospitals and hospital campus development.</li>
<li>Assists a multicampus health system in strategic planning for future growth by providing sophisticated counsel related to land acquisitions and development strategy, and developing hospitals, medical office buildings and other medical facilities.</li>
<li>Represents and has represented numerous office, commercial, industrial, retail and restaurant tenants in leasing matters throughout the U.S.</li>
<li>Represents and has represented numerous clients in access, ingress, egress, utility, drainage, conservation and other easement matters.</li>
