Overview

Rahil Rather has a broad-based real estate practice that includes commercial development, leasing and finance, representing clients mainly focusing in the areas of national homebuilding, healthcare and industrial development. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, development, dispositions, complex assemblages and repurposing of commercial projects.

Rahil works regularly with national homebuilders in all aspects of the development of residential subdivisions, with healthcare industry clients in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of medical facilities and with industrial developers in the acquisition, development and repurposing of commercial projects. Utilizing his wide-range of industry experience, Rahil is able to provide clients with an all-encompassing perspective of their matters.
