Overview

Sam Endicott is a go-to litigator with an employment law focus. He has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. His significant experience encompasses representing employers in complex litigation, including multi-plaintiff discrimination cases, non-competition and misappropriation of trade secrets matters, and wage and hour actions.

Additionally, Sam provides advice and counsel to employers on all areas of employment law, including personnel policies, wage and hour compliance, classification of exempt status, employee discipline, internal investigations and litigation avoidance strategies.
