Overview

Scott Robertson focuses his practice on healthcare law, providing advice and guidance on regulatory compliance, transactional and corporate matters. He has collaborated with hospital staff to develop bylaws, rules and regulations, as well as with the Georgia Attorney General's office to draft notices of intent for acquisition and disposition matters. He has also worked with the Georgia Department of Community Health to assist clients in obtaining licenses to operate multiple facilities throughout the state.

Scott's early experience as a systems analyst for health care facilities provides him with significant insight on the needs of and solutions for hospital and medical systems. His background enables him to develop creative strategies to attain each client's business goals.
