As national co-leader of the firm’s E-Discovery Advocacy and Management team, Trischa Chapman focuses her practice on handling large-scale discovery in bet-the-company litigation and crisis management matters, such as those related to major civil, criminal, congressional and regulatory proceedings.
Having spent several years as a seconded attorney to a Fortune 15 health care company, Trischa has been deeply involved in developing and executing litigation strategies from both the in-house and the outside-counsel perspectives. Her judgment, technical discovery skills and client-oriented approach ensure that responses to discovery inquiries advance and coordinate with the overall strategies to address the immediate crisis, correct issues that lead to the crisis and further the client’s long-term objectives.
Trischa also leads the Columbus Office Talent Engagement Forum and Women’s Talent Engagement Forum and serves on the firmwide Women’s Talent Engagement Forum.
