Overview

Victoria Rutherfurd’s robust and diverse litigation practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, as well as government and internal investigations. She has extensive experience with the fact-finding and discovery process across a broad range of substantive issues and areas of the law.

Victoria has represented companies in connection with litigations in state and federal courts across the country, as well as investigations brought by the DOJ, SEC and other governmental agencies regarding civil and criminal matters.
