Overview

Wendy Markham is the leader of BakerHostetler's Real Estate team and practices in the area of commercial real estate, focusing in the areas of national homebuilding and healthcare. She has a broad spectrum of experience in acquisitions, development, dispositions, leasing, eminent domain actions, complex assemblages and repurposing of commercial projects. She works closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of their business goals, enabling her to anticipate their needs and provide essential support in achieving these goals.

Wendy works regularly with national homebuilders in all aspects of the development of residential subdivisions and with healthcare industry clients in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of medical facilities. Clients frequently look to Wendy for strategic advice and guidance in structuring and closing difficult transactions.
