Partners Will Chuchawat and Mark Ramzy led a team that included Partners Elise Barajas, Stefan Smith and Matthew Wochok and Associates Connor Gibbons and Valerie Morrow as they advised dental services organization Shared Practices Group in a minority investment by Omaha-based private equity firm, M-One Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Shared Practices Group is a 48-location, dentist-founded and owned dental services organization focused on opening thriving de novo dentures and implants practices. The investment will provide SPG with access to additional capital and resources to accelerate its growth strategy, including expanding its network of affiliated practices, investing in technology and clinical support infrastructure and deepening the operational, marketing and administrative services it provides to dentists.
