Digital assets and data management

The <a href="https://www.bakerlaw.com/services/digital-assets-and-data-management/">Digital Assets and Data Management Practice Group</a> remains a “Powerhouse,” in the top 1% of its legal peers, for data privacy class action litigation. The group has held this ranking for three consecutive years. The group is currently handling a wide variety of such matters across industries and making new case law every day. In fact, it was recognized by Law360 as a “Legal Lion” in relation to the 4th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals reversal of class certification in the Marriott case.
