Partner Brian McEvoy will co-chair and present, and Partner Jennifer Solari will present at the State Bar of Georgia’s 2026 Health Care Fraud Institute, Feb. 11-12, 2026, in Jekyll Island, Georgia. In addition to welcome remarks, McEvoy will take part in a panel titled “Handling a Criminal Health Care Fraud Case.” Solari will present on the panel titled “Ethical Considerations for Relator, Defense and Government Counsel.”
