Partner Carlos Ramos-Mrosovsky took part in the “International Panel” at the 10th Annual European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration Conference, April 29, 2025, in London, England. Ramos-Mrosovsky outlined the affirmation of the validity of underlying arbitration agreements in the Energy Charter Treaty by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia as exceptions to sovereign immunity under U.S. law.
