Partner Kristin Yokomoto and Associate Kenneth Little authored the “Ethically Speaking” column for the Orange County Bar Association’s monthly publication, Orange County Lawyer, titled “Attorney Well-Being is Intertwined with Legal Ethics.” Published in the September 2025 issue, the article examines the various substance abuse and mental health issues that can affect lawyers and refers to specific sections of the California Rules of Professional Conduct where they are addressed. It also touches on civility and how that can be affected by substance abuse and briefly discusses measures for awareness and prevention being put into place.
