On August 16, 2022, Partner Jeewon Serrato was quoted in “Big tech antitrust bill could create data sharing requirements,” published in Global Data Review. Serrato says lawyers could be required to rewrite contracts because under the proposal, contracts could no longer prevent the portability of data.
