Partners Jennifer Mitchell and Andreas Kaltsounis and Counsel Aaron Goodman are speaking at the 2026 IAB Privacy Compliance Salon, Oct. 7, 2026, in Seattle, Washington. Mitchell will take part in a panel titled “2026 Enforcement Actions – A Year in Review,” which will examine recent enforcement activity and what those developments mean for companies trying to keep pace with regulators’ evolving privacy expectations.
Kaltsounis and Goodman will serve on two separate breakout sessions of Mitchell’s panel, both titled “2026 Enforcement Actions – A Year in Review” and focusing on how companies should translate recent enforcement trends into actionable governance, product and operational practices.
