Having served in executive privacy leadership roles for two global Fortune 100 companies, Jennifer provides practical business solutions to maturing and maintaining compliance with evolving U.S. privacy and artificial intelligence laws and to developing data-driven initiatives in compliance with multijurisdictional frameworks. Jennifer counsels clients in a broad range of industries, including life sciences, medical device, health and wellness, and entertainment, and specializes in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and in navigating issues relating to sensitive personal information. Jennifer also defends clients in privacy enforcement actions and regulatory inquiries in the U.S. and in the EU.
