Partners Jennifer Mitchell and Taylor Bloom will be moderating panels at the California Lawyers Association 2026 Annual Privacy Summit, Feb. 19-20, 2026, in Los Angeles, California. Mitchell will moderate a panel titled “Consumer Health Data Legislative and Enforcement Update,” which will provide updates on the most recent developments on how companies collect, use and share health data, as well as enforcement updates and compliance strategies for organizations navigating overlapping state and federal requirements.

Bloom will moderate a session titled “The Current State of Ad Tech – State Privacy, Regulatory Issues, Litigation Risk and More!” This panel will provide an in-depth exploration of the most pressing issues facing the ad tech industry today, such as state privacy laws, regulatory challenges and litigation risks.
