Partner Michael Moyer presented “Legal: How and Why to Engage an Attorney” at the 2025 Cleantech Open National Academy West, which was held May 30-June 1, 2025, in Los Angeles, California. The session included how to engage and manage counsel, preparing to raise capital, hints for success and removing friction points. Cleantech Open runs the largest clean technology accelerator program in the world and has worked with more than 4,000 early stage cleantech innovators, helping them develop their business models, engage investors and secure first customers.
