<p>The October issue of Environmental Law Institute’s (ELI) News and Analysis includes a transcript from a May 28 panel discussion sponsored by ELI in which Partner <a href="http://www.bakerlaw.com/LPoeLeggette">Poe Leggette</a> participated as a panelist. The topic was the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) final rule regulating hydraulic fracturing on federal and Indian lands. Leggette, co-leader of BakerHostetler’s Energy team and former Assistant Solicitor in the Energy and Resources Division of the Department of the Interior, is co-leading the litigation team representing the Independent Petroleum Association of America and Western Energy Alliance in their opposition to the rule.
