Please join us for an in-depth webinar on preparing for the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), which goes into effect on January 1, 2024. This webinar will start with an overview of the background and origins of the CTA and then focus on which entities will be exempt from reporting requirements. For those that are not exempt, it will cover what information will need to be disclosed and the timeline for compliance.&nbsp; The presentation will also highlight certain issues and unanswered questions from FinCEN’s guidance as well as similar state-level reporting obligations. Approved for 1.0 hour CLE credit in California, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. Available via reciprocity in New Jersey. Pending approval in Ohio. For all other states, credit will be applied for as requested.
