Partners Raam Jani and Joseph Yonadi and Associate Reed Leigh will present “The Intersection of ETA and ESOPs” during a Lunch and Learn panel at the Southeast Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition Conference, which takes place Sept. 18-19, 2026, at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. The conference is designed for current and recent MBA students and mid-career professionals in the Southeast U.S. to encourage and prepare them for the acquisition and operation of a small or mid-sized business.
