Partners Theodore Kobus, Craig Hoffman and Joseph Bruemmer have been named to Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response Elite, a list of the best data breach response lawyers to contact after experiencing a cyber attack or data security incident. This is the eighth year that Kobus has been selected for this honor and the fourth time for Hoffman. Bruemmer was selected for the first time.
Those chosen for the list must meet the following three requirements:
- Must be in the private sector for at least the past two years
- Must have a practice that is dedicated primarily to data breach response work
- Must be attorneys vs. accountants, economists, etc.
Honorees were recognized at the Incident Response Forum D.C. 2026 on April 22, 2026.
