Partner Melissa Mannino and Associate James Perry co-authored an article for the Daily Journal titled “U.S. Space Export Controls: Topics to Watch in 2026.” Published Feb. 25, 2026, the article discusses the challenges facing export controls as space becomes more of a commercial market and there is increasing cooperation between the U.S., the U.K. and Australia.
