On March 24, 2022, Partner Kristin Yokomoto will co-present a webinar titled “Mediation of Trust and Estate Disputes – Part I,” hosted by the California Lawyers Association Trusts and Estates Section.
The presentation will cover aspects of mediation from the differing perspectives of the mediator, lawyers and clients and offer tips for lawyers on negotiating successful outcomes. It will also provide CLE for attorneys who are certified by the California State Bar as legal specialists in estate planning, trust and probate law.
