Aleksey Pricinovskis is a litigation associate with experience in a variety of practice areas, including class actions, commercial litigation, labor and employment and white collar defense. Aleksey rejoined BakerHostetler in 2024 following a two-year clerkship at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims with Chief Judge Elaine Kaplan, where he was responsible for opinion drafting, research, trial prep and case management.
