Alex Richardson focuses her growing practice on helping employers navigate labor and employment issues, including discrimination and harassment allegations, wage and hour compliance, noncompete disputes and workforce management. She uses her business-oriented background and litigation experience to advise clients in a variety of industries on day-to-day matters, concerns about potential litigation and active disputes in state court, federal court and arbitration.
Alex has also used her in-depth research and analytical skills to develop expertise on issues such as worker classification rules applied by the NLRB, IRS reporting requirements for employers and the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace.
