A member of the Appellate and Major Motions team, Caleb Acker is skilled at analyzing trial records for legal issues that can be raised on appeal, drafting and reviewing briefs and submitting amicus briefs.
Prior to joining BakerHostetler, Caleb served candidates, state governments, party committees, campaigns, PACs and nonprofits in election law, including campaigns, compliance, government ethics and litigation (both trial and appellate). He was also a judicial clerk for the Honorable Thomas L. Kirsch II at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
