Dan Goettle is co-leader of BakerHostetler’s national Patent Litigation team and heads the Philadelphia and Wilmington, Delaware offices. Dan represents technology companies in patent litigation in the fields of computer science and electrical and mechanical engineering. Dan represents multinational companies in federal court, as well as before the U.S. International Trade Commission. He also represents patent owners and petitioners in post-grant-review proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
