Dante Marinucci is an experienced litigator who frequently represents businesses in large-scale disputes. Whether it is defending Fortune 500 corporations in class actions or multidistrict litigation or representing firms in bet-the-company lawsuits, Dante manages complex disputes with an efficient, creative and business-first approach. And he applies that same mindset when called upon by business owners to provide legal advice.
Dante has experience examining witnesses in jury and administrative trials, and he has argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio. He is well-versed in commercial litigation and often represents corporations in large disputes, including class actions, multidistrict litigation and complex commercial matters. Dante has considerable experience representing financial institutions and defending companies in the fast emerging area of data privacy litigation. He also frequently advises business clients on legal issues. And he has experience defending a former public-company executive against alleged white collar crimes and related civil claims. Early in his career, Dante spent six months on secondment to the London litigation department of a Fortune Global 500 bank based in the U.K., which provided him a unique perspective on practicing law from the client’s viewpoint.
Dante is the hiring partner for BakerHostetler’s Cleveland office, a member of the firmwide Wellness Committee and active in the community as a board member of two non profit organizations.
