Elody Tignor represents employers nationwide in traditional labor and employment matters. Elody’s labor practice includes representing employers in union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges and other matters before the National Labor Relations Board. She provides practical, forward-looking guidance designed to help clients proactively address workplace challenges, maintain positive employee relations and manage labor-related issues. She develops and implements union avoidance initiatives, including supervisor and management training on labor law compliance and best practices for maintaining a union-free workplace, and advises employers on strike preparedness and contingency planning. Her practice also includes counseling and defending employers across all aspects of employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, breach of contract, harassment and retaliation.
