<li>Achieved dismissal with prejudice of Video Privacy Protection Act and Electronic Communications Privacy Act claims in pixel litigation.</li>
<li>Represented several insurance companies in disputes with their reinsurers regarding payment for settlement of underlying policy claims in state court, federal court and arbitration.</li>
<li>Conducted internal investigations into reports of employee misconduct, including interviewing witnesses and preparing written recommendations for a publicly traded company.</li>
