Margaret Hirce focuses her practice on corporate compliance, commercial disputes and government investigations. Margaret has advised clients in a wide range of industries, drawing on her perspective and experience from years as a litigator, in-house counsel and consultant at a “Big Four” accounting firm.

Prior to joining the firm, Margaret worked for KPMG, where she conducted risk assessments and was seconded to a client to serve as deputy chief compliance officer, advising the global corporation during an ethics and compliance  transformation project. She also served as corporate counsel, litigation, at Pfizer, managing a docket of cases across global operations, including False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback investigations, and advising on enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.

Margaret previously worked for BakerHostetler from 2013 to 2019 as a member of the White Collar, Investigations and Securities Enforcement and Litigation team. In that role, she represented corporations and executives in government investigations.
