Maria has experience with various employment law statutes, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA and FLSA. She is well-versed in the preparation for labor arbitrations and in conducting internal employment investigations on various issues, such as discrimination, harassment and retaliation – both in the U.S. and in Spanish-speaking countries. Her focus is on helping clients maintain positive relationships with their employees and guiding them through the complicated labor relations landscape.
