Matt Schock is an accomplished antitrust litigator and trusted advisor on complex competition issues arising under both federal and state law. He counsels and advocates for clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, real estate, media, emerging technology and algorithms, transportation, insurance, financial services and commodities.
Matt also serves clients facing government investigations and enforcement actions, including from state attorneys general. As a former Assistant Attorney General for Antitrust at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, Matt has firsthand experience navigating single state and multistate investigative demands and lawsuits brought by state attorneys general across the country.
