With more than 20 years of experience, Om Kakani is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and trial attorney with deep knowledge of the international cybersecurity landscape. He is well-versed in novel technologies such as cryptocurrency, blockchain, artificial intelligence and emerging cyber threats and he has presented to government and private sector audiences on these topics in more than 30 countries. Additionally, he has first chaired more than 40 jury trials in federal and state courts and defended those verdicts before appellate courts on the brief and in oral argument. Om takes an aggressive approach to helping his clients recover from cyber incidents and is always willing to pivot, act quickly and face any challenges that may be presented.
