Peter Kahnert focuses his practice on all phases of commercial litigation, from initial investigation, through pleadings, discovery, trials and appeal. Peter relies on open communication with his clients as he crafts litigation strategies designed to achieve the desired result. He has worked on a wide variety of matters including intellectual property, tortious interference, breach of contract and whistleblower complaints that alleged bribery and kickback, sexual harassment and national origin discrimination.
Peter also served for a year and a half as Counsel for the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Ethics, where he provided advice on compliance with Senate rules and federal law as they related to conflicts of interest, gifts, political activity and insider trading, as well as investigated allegations of misconduct against senators.
