Lee Solomon is a management labor relations and employment attorney who provides strategic advice and counsel to employers across the country. Lee represents clients in all aspects of traditional labor relations, including union organizing and strike activity, contract negotiations, collective bargaining with unions, grievance arbitration and unfair labor practice matters before the National Labor Relations Board. He also defends employers in federal and state court employment litigation matters, where he develops litigation strategies from early case assessment through resolution. Lee strives to understand each client’s business and cultural values when addressing complex workplace issues and day-to-day compliance matters. He is a contributing editor to Chapter 9 of The Developing Labor Law.
