As part of the Digital Assets and Data Management Group, Sean Killeen handles privacy and cybersecurity litigation, including matters arising from data breaches and wiretapping allegations, as well as government investigations. Prior to joining BakerHostetler, he represented companies in the technology, investment banking and e-commerce industries in a broad range of intellectual property and commercial litigation matters.
